Cinco de Mayo (image intensive)
Today is Cinco de Mayo! YAY!
In celebration let's talk about the HEINOUS car ride into work I had today.
Here's Ben at 8:30 when we first hit the traffic:
We're slightly put out at this point, but we won't be THAT late to work right???

This is what we had to look at for another HOUR after I took that first picture of Ben... We didn't get to work until 10.
The words you're looking for here are: That BLOWS GOATS.
At this point Ben and I are speaking in tongues and wishing we were on our way to On the Border for some tasty queso and margaritas.
But it was a beautiful day:

I thought this cloud looked like Falkor from the NeverEnding Story, don't ask me why:
So, not a great way to start the day, but it ended pretty well. We had dinner with Ben's parents and his grandma, I DID have that tasty margarita, though we ate at Chili's, not OTB. We listened to some fantastic tunes, courtesy of my Black Mamba (see below, all festive with some Los Straitjackets), and now we're chilling at home.

So I hope everyone had a good one, whether you celebrate or not. Oh yeah, and Chewie has a little something he'd like to share:

I think he's trying to say "Vaya Con Dios" but I'm not sure.

Side note: Ben's parents just got back from Puerto Vallarta last week and brought us back that little sombrero with some Mexican candy that I haven't had since I was a little kid. So naturally the first thing we had to do with it was take 100 pictures of Chewie with it on. He was UBER pissed at us and we paid dearly for these pics, so enjoy them, DAMMIT.
